Vintage Native American Feather Beaded Head Dress Long Indian Hand Made
Vintage Native American Head Dress.
–Long head dress. Well over 36” (see image with yardstick)
—I am not an expert in Native American Collectibles. This was purchased as part of an auction lot. Provenance is unknown. Very beautiful – I just am not sure what to do with it so hoping to find it a home that will appreciate it!
—Looks to be hand sewn (see images of stitching)
—Needs some repair – a few feathers need to be restitched on (see images) and there may be other minor issues. Overall good condition though – bright colors!
—There are cotton balls underneath the feathers – not sure why – maybe it was to protect the feathers.
—When I received this it had a smell to it. The smell seems to have lessened as it has aired out – but it may still linger.
—This will ship upright rolled in a box – see image of how it will be packed in box.
—HAS NOT BEEN CLEANED
