The boat has been parked on the counter for 3 years. You need to charge the batteries. an engine last run a year ago just for a checking. Painting and waxing recommended – last painting and waxing 2 years ago performed by me every year before that time. The boat was never involved in any accidents. Electrical installation
Fault-free . The batteries require recharging, last recharged 1 year ago. They are 2 years
old . (I can’t do it by my self, I’m after a stroke). (charger included with     the boat). Keel for painting and light putty. No major corrosion.  All rigging required for the operation of the boat is installed .The condition of the Front sail requires a bit of repair – the lining, the main sail is in good condition. Rigging in good condition. The boat has no soft spots, the hull is in very good condition. The engine  17gallon fuel tank .The required lighting for the boat is good.One of the cabin cushions requires a new cover. No leakage on the boat, portable AC included,
